Even our adorable shipping elves need some downtime to indulge in their ultimate TV guilty pleasures – we totally get it, don't we? And now, let's talk about the real deal – the shipping options we've got tucked up our sleeves:

DHL, EMS, or UPS courier for packages weighing over 2kg
China Post air mail for packages weighing under 2kg

Now, we know what you're thinking. "Why China post air mail?" Well, it's because those little packages get to do some serious acrobatics in the air, and who doesn't love a good acrobatic package?

If you're buying multiple delightful items, it's possible that they will be dispatched from different pawsome international warehouses. This depends on where each item is available for shipment the quickest. Alternatively, if one of the items is purrfectly popular and on a slight backorder, we might send your goodies at different times and in separate packages. We want to avoid any hold-ups and get your order to you as swiftly as pawsible!

Please rest assured that all our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. While it's heartbreaking to hear that a package may get stuck, returned, or even lost during its journey, we offer our sincerest apologies. The postal service operates beyond our control. However, since our packages come with insurance coverage, we will gladly send you a new bundle, with speedier shipping and complete tracking if it's possible. Order Processing Time

Patience is a virtue, my friend. All orders are dispatched within 7-20 business days approximately (depending on your country). We'll even generate a tracking number for you so you can keep an eye on your package's journey. And don't worry, we'll be in touch every step of the way. We're like your shipping BFFs.

During the woof-tastic Christmas season, when things are fur-iously busy, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days. In other countries, delivery might span from 1-6 weeks (based on the product) due to distance and customs fur-rocedures. Remember, these estimated time frames are as pawsible as can be, as our offerings are fur-ociously popular.

The prices you see on our site don't include taxes. When your order reaches your destination, your local customs office might charge you for import taxes, duties, and other related fees. You'll be responsible for paying these charges and taxes—sorry, but we can't cover them. Delays caused by the customs department in your country are not our fault either, so please keep that in mind.
